When you 'buy' a country's advertising space you do not 'own' any
part of the www.BuyACountry.net site or any of the page
your advert is on, but rather you have been given the right
to submit an image and link which will then be published within
the country you have 'bought' on the pages containing this
country.
• The site and homepage will be online indefinitely (starting from the day it launched).
• There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance
or upgrades but this will be kept to an absolute minimum.
• Once you have submitted the link and image, you have 10 days to make any needed changes. After that time, you can
not change them, unless you have a very strong reason why
you need a change to your image/link, eg. legal reasons.
• Submitted images can be changed (resized) by us without notice
either before or after they have been published.
• When you have ordered and the payment has cleared,
we will aim to get your country advertisement online within 48-72hrs.
• Once you submit your advertisement (image and link to your
site) it will go live on the www.BuyACountry.net website
normally within 48-72 hours.
• Only when payment has been fully received and cleared,
will your edited country image and link be uploaded to the
website.
• No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted.
We will decide what is appropriate for the website. If you
submit an image or link that is rejected, we will give you
the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your
money will be refunded and your chosen country will put up
for sale again.
• If your link is accepted and you later change the
content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult
material then your site link will be removed until you provide
a new link to a suitable website, you will not get a refund
of any kind for the link downtime. If you fail to provide
a new link within 14 days of our discovery of unsuitable content
within the linked site, you will loose that country advert
space and receive no refund.
• We will be responsible for deciding what is appropriate
and what is not appropriate as regards to buyer’s site
content. There will be no exceptions to this rule.
• If for any reason in the future you wish to have your
country image and link removed from www.BuyACountry.net,
we will remove it no questions asked, but you will not get
a refund and the country advertising space will become available
for purchase again
• Images MUST fit within a country’s boundary
template, which will be forwarded to the purchaser of the
country to add their desired image.
• You must have the authority to provide the image and
link for the website you submit.
• All images submitted to the website must be in GIF
or JPEG format.
• Images MUST NOT be animated, as this will create a
very unsightly website.
• Submitted images can be changed by us without notice
either before or after they have been published.
• Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
